This is my Project Outline for “Creating A Dropshipping Company in a Month”

Project: Build a drop shipping company and create an ECommerce store. Write ad copy for social media, learn web/graphic design and build a store. Practice web copyright.

Week1 (4/1–4/7)

Tier1

1. Designate a niche market for the company
2. Research products and select 1
3. Run product through Google Trends
4. Find supplier

Tier2

1. Brainstorm logo/brand ideas
2. Document research

Week2 (4/8–4/14)

Tier 1

1. Create brand/logo
2. Build a ECommerce website (Foundation)
3. Shop for a Domain name
4. Test Run website/ work out the kinks

Tier 2

1. Generate 1800 site clicks
2. Document research

Week3 (4/15–4/21)

Tier 1

1. Write Ad copy/ run 1st set of social media ads
2. Target: 1800 site sessions
3. Create a budget documentation

Tier 2

1. Review Ad analytics-Document
2. Review website analytics-Document
3. Learn Tik-Tok Marketing

Week4 (4/22–4/28)

Tier 1

1. Document ad analytics/ alter marketing strategy
2. Document site analytics/alter site
3. Document the entire project
4. Document how many steps it takes to build the store

Tier 2

1. Research Customer service widget
2. Embed on site for customer contact portal

Work on Tier 1 first then Tier 2

Save research notes and publish as “cheat codes”
